GM’s Story

GM is a 10-year-old boy who has Asperger syndrome. GM was placed in 5 different placement homes separated from his sister before his grandmother adopted him. Due to being placed in an abusive foster home, GM suffers from PTSD. One activity that GM loves to do is bowl. Opportunity4Kids granted a Scholarship for him to participate in an after-school bowling league, in Tucson at Lucky Strike. As a result of bowling so well, GM skipped a division and became one of the youngest members of his team. Bowling gives GM the confidence and good sportsmanship to keep striving. We take pride in providing a Scholarship to GM and look forward to watching his success grow!
