Arizona Diamondbacks

How would you describe the perfect Saturday?
Taking my time getting up, having coffee, spending the morning with my dogs going for a walk, to farmers market, to breakfast on the patio at The Cutting Board, cooking, hanging with friends, whatever else might come up.

What is the most rewarding part of working with Opportunity4Kids?
Knowing we are helping less fortunate children participate in fun activities with their peers, which will bring fun and joy, build self-esteem and hopefully provide limitless possibilities in their lives.

What is your fondest childhood memory?
Visiting my grandmother when I was young. She was kind and giving and let us do pretty much whatever we wanted, which resulted in a lot of fun exploring and learning experiences.

Who is the biggest influence in your life? Why?
The person who had the biggest influence in my life was my high school business teacher who recommended that I take her senior secretarial training course when I was 16 and pregnant. That is how I began my career path without having the opportunity to go to college. I was able to raise my son and try to provide better opportunities in life for him than I had, which paid off immensely.
